من توجيهات دائرة العلاقات الثقافية العامة وخطة المركز الثقافي في دعم المنجز الفكري العراقي داخل الولايات المتحدة وكندا تدعولجنة النشروالتأ ليف في المركز الثقافي العراقي في واشنطن جميع الباحثين والأكاديميين والشعراء والكتاب من الأدباء والمفكرين والفنانين والعلماء العراقيين المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا الى إرسال نتاجاتهم خلال فترة أقصاها يوم الخامس عشر من تشرين الثاني المقبل لعام2011وفق الشروط الاتية:
1 ـ تـُقدم مع الكتاب سيرة ٌعلمية ٌمختصرة عن الكاتب مع صورة شخصية حديثة.
2 .إقرارٌ من المؤلف بأن كتابه لم يسبق نشره ، وأنه ليس مقدما للنشر في مكان اخر.
3. يقدم الكاتب طلبا خطيا بالتنازل عن حقوق الطبع الى المركز الثقافي لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ نشره.
4.تقبل جميع الكتب بمختلف الأنواع المعرفية الأدبية والطبية والفلسفية والهندسية والمهنية.
5. يَمنح المركز مبلغ 1000$ مكافأة الى المؤلف مع 50 نسخة بعد شهرين من طباعة الكتاب في حفل توقيع خاص.
6. أي كتاب يتعاقد المركز مع مؤلفه للنشر بأية طريقة كانت يصدر خلال (6 أشهر من تاريخ توقيع العقد).
7. لاتقبل المخطوطات ولايحق للكاتب سوى الترشيح بعنوان واحد.
8. ينبغي للكتاب المرشح احترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية وقوانين المطبوعات والنشرالسارية المفعول في مكان نشره.
9. ألايكون الكتاب جزءا من رسالة الدكتوراه أو الماجستير التي تقدم بها الكاتب ،أو جزءا من كتاب له سبق نشره.
10. أصول الكتب التي تصل لجنة النشروالتأليف لاترد سواء نشرت أم لم تنشر.
11. لاتزيد صفحات الكتاب مع المصادروالهوامش والجداول عن 150 صفحة مطبوعة على ورقA4، مع الترقيم المتسلسل لصفحات الكتاب كله بما فيه الجداول والملاحق إن وجدت.
12. تشتمل الصفحة الأولى من الكتاب على عنوان الكتاب كاملا ، واسم الكاتب ومكان عمله وعنوان المراسلة بالتفصيل.
13. تقبل الكتب على صيغتي(PDF &the word) عبرالبريد الإلكتروني
14يحق للكاتب مقاضاة المركز في حال الإخلال بأحد شروط العقد.
15. تقبل الكتب باللغة العربية أو اللغة الانكليزية.
16.تم الاتصال مع عدد من دور النشر العربية في القاهرة وبيروت التي لها تاريخ طويل في نشر الكتب وتوزيعها وسيبلغ الكاتب قبل التعاقد مع الدار التي اختيرت للنشر والتوزيع وهي من الدور التي تشارك بجميع المعارض الدولية المقامة داخل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والأوروبية وداخل الوطن العربي كما أنها تمتلك علاقات مميزة مع الكثير من الهيئات الثقافية والمراكز الدولية التي تعنى بالكتاب.

To all the Iraqi intellectuals in the United States and Canada
Book printing
Under the guidance of the Department of Cultural Relations General and
the plan of the Cultural Center in support of the accomplished Iraqi
intellect in the United States and Canada. The Committee on Publishing
in the Iraqi Cultural Centre in Washington invites all Iraqi researchers,
academics, poets, writers, thinkers, artists and scientists residing in the
United States and Canada to send their work no later than the
November
th
according to the following conditions:
. To provide a brief scientific biography of the author with a recent
photograph to submit with the book.
. To provide a statement from the author that his book has not been
published before and it is not submitted for publication elsewhere.
3. The writer to submit in writing a request to waive the copyright to the
Cultural Center for three years from the date of publication.
4. The acceptance of all the books of various types of knowledge literary,
philosophical, medical engineering and professional.
. The Center will give a $
gift to the author with
copies printed
two months after the special signing ceremony.
. Any book contracted with the Center and its author for publication in
any way will be published within ( months from the date of signing the
contract).
7. Not to submit manuscripts and the right to submit only for one title
8. The candidate should respect the intellectual property rights and the
laws of the place of publication.
9. For the book not to be part of the doctoral dissertation or master
theses made by the author or part of a book previously published.
. For books submitted to the Commission not to be returned whether
published or not published.
. For the book not to exceed
pages printed, on A4 paper, including
references, Index and tables sequential numbering for all pages of the
book, including tables and appendices, if any.
. Include in the first page of the book the full title of the book, the
author's name and place of work and mailing address in detail.
3. The book will be accepted by email in two versions (PDF & Word)
4. The publishing rights are reserved for the author.
. Books will be accepted in Arabic or English.
. Contact was made with a number of Arab publishing houses in Cairo
and Beirut, which has a long history in book publishing and distribution
and the author will be informed with the selected publisher.
